2 Client-Side Processing & File Privacy

ImgCon operates as a 100% client-side web application using browser WebAssembly, Canvas API, and Web Worker technology.

• No Server Uploads: Your images are processed locally within your device's browser memory. Files are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to external servers.
• Full Ownership: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all images processed through ImgCon.

3 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ImgCon solely for lawful personal or professional purposes. You agree not to:

• Process content that violates third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the web application source code.
• Use automated scripts or bots in a manner that disrupts website availability.

4 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ImgCon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% processing accuracy and visual fidelity, ImgCon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from file corruption, browser crashes, or data loss during local processing.
