What ImgCon provides

ImgCon provides general-purpose browser-based tools to compress, convert, crop, resize, adjust and export images, including PDF output. The tools are offered without an account. Image processing occurs locally in your browser and selected images are not uploaded to an ImgCon image-processing server. Features and supported formats may depend on your browser, device, memory and installed software. We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the images you select and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions and lawful authority needed to edit, convert, store and use them. Do not use ImgCon to infringe another person's rights, violate privacy, break the law, or interfere with the website or another user's access. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any destination where you submit a processed file.

Before relying on an output, review its appearance, dimensions, format, file size and other properties. Application portals, government agencies, publishers and print providers may change their specifications. ImgCon does not certify identity photos, guarantee that a file meets a third party's requirements, or make decisions on behalf of any institution.

Your files and intellectual property

You retain whatever rights you hold in the images you provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to ImgCon. Because processing is local, ImgCon does not need a license to host or distribute your image for editing. You remain responsible for keeping original copies and downloaded results; browser memory and a local download are not a backup service.

The website's software, layout, branding and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Third-party services and availability

The site may load resources or services supplied by third parties, including hosting, content delivery, advertising, and browser libraries. Those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. ImgCon does not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability, content or behavior.

We aim to keep ImgCon available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access. Local processing can fail because of file characteristics, browser support, device limits, or interruptions. We may update the website without notice when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or availability. ImgCon does not warrant that compression will reach an exact file size, that conversion will preserve every property, or that a third party will accept an output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImgCon and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, rejected submissions, business interruption or damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The revised date will be shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Where a governing law or venue must be specified for your jurisdiction, contact the operator for clarification before relying on these terms.
